In 2010, this tour will be co-led by Dave

but in 2009 Dave will once again be joined by Peter
Kellett of Walking Matilda (www.walkingmatilda.com.au)
Dave is a renegade town planner, originally from London,
but has been based in Australia for 13 years. He co-owned
the house in which we will be based, from 1990 to 2002,
and for 8 years he and his co-owner ran a successful
walking business, using the house as a base. Dave led
walks all over the Pays Basque from 1996 to 1999. The
tyranny of distance forced him to sell his share in
the house in 2002, since when he has been leading tours
both in Australia and overseas.
Peter trained as an historian before turning to Outdoor
Education in 1978. Since then he has been leading outdoor
courses and tours in various parts of Australia and
overseas. A keen skier, canoeist and walker, Peter has
had extensive experience in the USA, Canada, Europe,
Nepal, and New Zealand. He is an accredited walking
leader and has been planning and leading walking tours
in Europe since 1987.

share with shared bathroom and A$2530 per person per
week for en suites. Single person supplement A$550.
