we all know, Sri Lanka has suffered greatly from the tsunami as
well as the cancellation of travel. By joining our travel program
you not only get to enjoy a fabulous country, but also contribute
directly to the rehabilitation of the Sri Lankan tourism industry.
Away from bustling Colombo, Sri Lanka is an idyllic and vibrant
island. Centuries of history, magnificent scenery, rich culture,
remnants of a colonial past (during which the Portuguese, the Dutch
and finally the British all made their mark), wild seascapes, and
National Parks make Sri Lanka a delightful and different destination.
Our
circular trip begins and ends in the capital Colombo and we also
visit old capitals, the cultural centre of Kandy and the glorious
tea-growing mountain areas so beloved of the British and the Dutch
before them.
